About us

The role

We’re on the lookout for a new account manager having at least two years’ agency, marketing services or digital experience. We’re after an account manager who’s looking to progress to a senior account manager or someone who’s ready to be one straight away.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, confident, passionate about marketing, as well as being keen to learn.

Account managers are the project managers and relationship builders on which our business is built – they are the communication hub between our team and the client. You will work closely with the team to deliver design and digital marketing projects for clients professionally and to deadline.

We are looking for a sales closer from warm leads, but also a person that can generate/call cold leads when opportunity arises.

Skills and experience required:

  •  A passion for marketing and digital.
  •  Minimum two years’ experience working within account management, marketing services or digital marketing.
  •  Strong attention to detail – the ability to spot mistakes or looking to add extra value so the client receives a high standard of service.
  •  A desire to continuously improve yourself or the company
  • Great organisation – you will know what to prioritise and why.
  • Excellent writing skills. Account managers are the hub of communications – you need to be able to clearly and concisely explain things to the client and the crew.
  • A willingness to learn and highly motivated.
  • You will also be a confident communicator and presenter

Not essential, but nice to haves:

  • A relevant marketing degree.
  • Experience with web CMS platforms, e.g. WordPress, PHP, Magento.
  • Experience with custom development and enterprise application development projects.
  • Experience managing digital marketing and design projects.

Position: Account manager / Senior account manager

Term: Full time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £25k to £32k (dependant on experience) plus unlimited commission structure

Experience: At least 2 years+ (preferably agency or marketing based)

Location: Work from home.

Web Designer Job Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of design projects.
  • Design page layouts and templates.
  • Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain consistent branding.
  • Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
  • Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
  • Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
  • Select and prepare imagery.
  • Create and maintain a database of design assets.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • One to three years of professional design experience
  • Portfolio of strong creative work
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS
  • Social media and email marketing experience a plus

PHP Developer Responsibilities:
  • Conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
  • Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
  • Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
  • Troubleshooting application and code issues.
